Will my order be prepared faster if I pick it up in person?
We prepare meals in the order they are received. You can speed up this process mainly by placing your order outside of dinner or lunch hours. Generally, it can be said that you may save some time by eliminating the potential overload of our delivery drivers through personal pickup.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This always depends on the current order volume. We strive to deliver within 50 minutes. If we temporarily cannot maintain this timeframe, our dispatcher should inform you during order taking, or you can check the currently estimated delivery time in the webshop.
My card payment failed. My cart is locked for 10 minutes, what should I do?
Please call our dispatcher at +36 1 951 0480. They will help resolve the situation.
Can I pay with a SZÉP card?
Yes, our system accepts any SZÉP Card.
Is the 10 delivery receipt promotion still valid?
Yes. You can pay for your requested 32 cm pizza on your 11th order with your collected 10 previous delivery receipts.
Why is the restaurant/express menu different?
We have some dishes that cannot maintain the quality we expect after delivery.
What is the ratio of whole grain flour to wheat flour in the whole grain dough?
The ratio is 75% whole grain flour and 25% white wheat flour.
Do you have gluten-free dough? Is it expected to be available in the future?
Unfortunately, we don't have it yet. We are looking for a gluten-free solution that meets our quality standards.
For large orders, how far in advance should I place my order? Is it better to place it by phone or send it to an email address?
For more than 10-15 items, it's advisable to place your order in advance, preferably the day before, by phone. If not, we will still try to accommodate your order. In such cases, our phone dispatcher can more accurately assess when we can fulfill it.
